Sales
Our Sales team spend most of their time out of the office visiting prospective and current customers. We need to get a close understanding of a retailer's needs, then try to find a solution that works commercially. We manage the relationships with the retailers and have to keep in very close contact.
Projects
When a retailer wants to kick off some work with us, the Projects team get involved. Primarily office based but with opportunities to travel, we are the detail people who get things done! We need to think of, capture and manage every single thing so that our trials and rollouts are as smooth as can be.
Development
Our Dev team is the core of our business. We build all the wonderful solutions that our customers love so much. We like to use the latest and greatest tech, and are constantly looking for ways to improve. We are split between Rapid Development and Enterprise Development, but all work really closely together.
Helpdesk & Logistics
Our Helpdesk & Logistics team keep things ticking for all of the stores. We are often the first port of call when a store has a problem, or maybe the escalation point from an internal helpdesk. We manage all of the hardware, staging and most importantly the next day hotswap service, so that downtime is minimised for customers.
Finance & Purchasing
Our Finance & Purchasing team have a key role to play. We are managing our products, stock, and buying to make sure we are getting the best deals - so that we can pass these on to our customers. We are looking ahead at requirements and making sure we have stock ready for projects when needed, and especially keeping a close watch on Consumables stocks so that no one ever runs out!
